You buy it because those things take the idea of what you want your ceremony and reception to look like and make it happen. They bring your vision to life. That beautiful setting will forever be in your memory and in all of the pictures. Years from now you can look back with your kids and all marvel at just how beautiful your wedding was. How it was so perfect it could have been featured in a magazine! But the reality is that you probably spent a small fortune for that vision. Wouldn’t you love to get some money back on it? Fancy Flip is a perfect way to do that! Newlyweds bring their used wedding items and set up everything to sell to hundreds of brides-to-be for great prices! We’ve seen all kinds of different things. We’ve even had a rustic homemade “Beer Bar” complete with taps! You can’t get retail price back, but you can get some return on your investment this way.

Now let’s look at the Fancy Flip from a bride-to-be’s perspective. Everyone has a budget for their wedding, but it’s so easy to overspend. By buying your decorating items at a Fancy Flip you will save so much money that you might be able to spend more on that perfect dress, the extra flowers, add a few people to the guest list or just save for a honeymoon.
The best of both worlds is when you both buy and sell at a Fancy Flip! We have actually had sellers that told us they bought most all of their décor by shopping at multiple Fancy Flips. They were already planning to be sellers with us as they were shopping. They were thrilled that they made close to everything back on what they bought when they sold! And they had a BEAUTIFUL ceremony and reception! They were able to buy more décor than expected because they saved so much on the things they bought.
You could have a traditional garage sale to sell your things after your wedding. You’ll probably end up selling little, and what does sell will go for pennies. That’s a lot of work and garage sale shoppers aren’t usually interested in wedding items.

This is a new business for Leah and myself and frankly, it’s a new concept all together. The people in the places we have been to so far have loved the events and we can’t wait to bring Fancy Flip to cities across the country!
